Her mission is to connect with individuals on a meaningful level and empower them to overcome life’s challenges.

Director of Operations

Tabatha Rutledge

As a Director of the Just Help Out Foundation, I am deeply committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families facing adversity. With a heartfelt dedication to combating homelessness, hunger, and mental health issues, I strive to create a brighter future for our community.

I draw immense inspiration from the mission and goals of our organization. Our relentless pursuit of providing hope, support, and essential resources to those in need fuels my determination every day.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I cherish my roles as a mother and a wife. My journey to motherhood includes the adoption of two beautiful children who bring immeasurable joy and love into our lives. Additionally, I embrace the role of stepmother to my husband’s two children, fostering a loving and inclusive family dynamic.

My personal passions extend beyond philanthropy. I am an avid racing enthusiast, finding exhilaration in the speed and precision of the sport. My husband’s profession as a race car builder intertwines our shared love for racing, allowing us to bond over our mutual interest and dedication to the craft.

Throughout my life, I’ve set goals and strived to achieve them with determination and resilience. I believe in the power of community and collaboration, recognizing that together, we can create a positive impact that transcends individual efforts. As a leader within the Just Help Out Foundation, my aim is to continue spearheading initiatives that uplift and empower those in need, fostering a more compassionate and supportive society.

My accomplishments are not measured merely by personal accolades but by the lives positively impacted through our collective efforts. I look forward to continually advocating for change, inspiring others to join our cause, and making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals facing hardships within our community.
